Maintenance of your Pakflatt polling booths

PACKAGE 1

We will visit your premises and carry out an audit once every 4 years (unless you choose other option) to repair, re-package, clean and sanitise Pakflatt polling booths at your facility. Giving peace of mind and safety of your constituents and be ready for the next elections. 

A completed audit report will be sent to you on completion.  

Any ‘beyond repair’ units would be reported to you. Can be removed and disposed of under the innovative, environmentally-friendly Pakflatt scrappage scheme assisted by Reuse Network which is nationwide charity helping in poverty and disabilities around the UK. 

We can also arrange for replacements insuring your Pakflatt stock is ready and fit-for-purpose whenever required. 

Cost: Quoted based on the quantity and location. 

PACKAGE 2

For those using our storage solution, we offer a reduced cost of service. (Achieved due to the fact that there is no travel required)

As Pakflatt polling booths are returned to us for storage, they are given the same rigorous checks as described in above package. Giving you total peace of mind that the next time the booths are required for use, they are ready and waiting. 

Cost: £17 per Pakflatt booth. 

Plus materials and fitting for items supplied.
